The Following are the TMT responses to the requests for clarifications or exceptions regarding the AO System RTC Conceptual Design Study RFP:

Q. May a Respondent submit a cost type contract in their proposal?

A. Respondents may submit alternate contract types. TMT will determine the best value for the project.

Q. Is the AO System RTC Conceptual Design Study Proposal subject to a page limit?

A. The AO System RTC Conceptual Design Study Proposal is limited to one hundred (100) pages. However, Respondents may attach additional appendices and support documents to the proposal. The appendices and support documents are not subject to a page limit.

Q. May I have the Matlab codes and the sparse matrices you mention on page 48 of the NFIRAOS RTC Algorithm Description Document?

A. The Matlab codes and the sparse matrices are accessible and downloadable as a .tar file from this Link.
