Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for Archaeological Monitoring Services – Proposal Submission Date and Time: July 16, 2013, 5:00pm Pacific

The TMT Observatory Corporation (“TMT”) is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to perform archaeological monitoring services (“AMS”) at the TMT Project Site located on the summit of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. Qualified respondents who are interested in providing an AMS proposal to TMT will find the RFP on the right side of this web page. 

The RFP, its exhibits and references are subject to change. The information in the RFP is provided for the sole purpose of enabling respondents to prepare an appropriate proposal.
 
Respondents should comply with all the requirements stated in the RFP. All updates, clarifications or modifications to this RFP will be posted on this website. TMT requests that each respondent notifies TMT of its interest and monitors our website (http://www.tmt.org/business.html) for changes.
 
Please direct all business and contract questions to the TMT Senior Contracts Specialist, Pratheep Eamranond (pratheep@tmt.org) before the submission date and time for the RFQ: July 16, 2013 – 5PM Pacific Time.
 
Please direct all Technical questions to Mr. Paul Gillett (pgillett@tmt.org) and Mr. Fred Asiri (asiri@tmt.org). 
 
Business and contract questions submitted after July 8, 2013 may not receive a response. All questions must be submitted in writing to TMT. Please note that TMT reserves the right to post all RFP questions and answers on its website.
