Request for Quote (“RFQ”) for a Site Monitoring Video System – Quote Submission Date and Time: July 15, 2013, 5:00pm Pacific


The TMT Observatory Corporation (“TMT”) is requesting quotes from qualified suppliers to deliver, install, maintain and support a video system that shall monitor the TMT project site located on the summit of Mauna Kea in Hawaii. Qualified respondents who are interested in providing the requested quote to TMT will find the link to RFQ on right side of this web page.

The RFQ is subject to change. The information in the RFQ is provided for the sole purpose of enabling respondents to prepare an appropriate quote.

Respondents should comply with all the requirements stated in the RFQ. Any deviations from the RFQ requirements that respondents would like to suggest must be stated in a separate section in their quote that is specifically set aside for deviations. Respondents should still respond to the RFQ requirements even if they are suggesting a deviation.

All updates, clarifications or modifications to this RFQ will be posted on this website. TMT requests that each respondent notifies TMT of its interest and monitors our website ( for changes.

Business and contract questions submitted after July 15, 2013 may not receive a response. All questions must be submitted in writing to TMT. Please note that TMT reserves the right to post all RFQ questions and answers on its website.
