The TMT Project (“TMT”) is requesting proposals for the design and prototyping of the TMT deformable mirror ("DM"). Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the specifications and instructions provided in the RFP (see additional documents). TMT requests that any organizations interested in submitting a proposal notify TMT of its interest via email (email addresses provided below).
The RFP, its exhibits and any referenced documentation are subject to change. The information in the RFP is provided for the sole purpose of enabling Respondents to respond to this RFP.
All updates, clarifications or modifications to this RFP will be posted on this website. Respondents should monitor our website to ensure they have the most current RFP information.
Please direct all RFP questions to Pratheep Eamranond (pratheep@tmt.org) and Corinne Boyer (cboyer@tmt.org). TMT requests that all questions be submitted by May 8, 2015 – 5PM Pacific Time. Questions submitted after May 8, 2015 may not receive a response. While TMT shall take reasonable measures to keep the source of RFP communications confidential, TMT reserves the right to disclose the general content of its communications with Respondents to ensure fairness and the distribution of useful information.
